Half-Day Workflow Teardown
Named deliverable Workflow Teardown Readout
The teardown is the smaller paid first step for a team that is not ready to commit three calendar weeks. Before the session I ask for whatever already exists: process notes, examples of the inputs and outputs, a screen recording of the work. We spend the half day working through one workflow with the person who runs it, and I write the readout afterwards. The readout says where the friction is and whether the Diligence Sprint is the right next step. It does not include a pilot specification or an implementation estimate. Those are Sprint work. If the Sprint turns out to be warranted, the session notes carry into it and the Sprint starts from a documented current state. If not, the readout explains why, and that answer costs half a day instead of three weeks.
