Workflow build
Custom AI Workflow Pilot
Named deliverable Verified Workflow Pilot
This is the build that follows a Diligence Sprint or an equivalent scoped specification. I take one workflow with agreed inputs, outputs, acceptance criteria, and stop conditions, then implement a working pilot in the client repository or an agreed test environment. Model-assisted steps sit behind deterministic checks, and a person stays in the consequential decisions. The pilot shows whether the workflow is worth hardening. Production integration, security approval, monitoring, and ongoing support are scoped separately.
What you get
- A working pilot for one bounded workflow
- Agreed inputs, outputs, acceptance criteria, and stop conditions
- Deterministic checks around model-assisted steps
- A risk-based test suite covering critical seams and likely failures
- Run records showing inputs, tool actions, outputs, and review decisions
- Source code, configuration, and operating notes in the client repository
- A production-readiness memo naming the integration, security, monitoring, and support work still required
Who it's for
Teams with a defined workflow, representative inputs, and clear acceptance criteria
